018 ~ [Action]

[The Malnosso weren't known for their kindness, and perhaps that's why Ion was returned to the village so far from House One. He was tired and all he wanted to do was curl up somewhere and sleep... which was something he was now very capable of doing seeing as he's been transformed into a soadoptable. Those little paws of his can only walk so fast, but he manages to make it halfway to House One from the plaza before he has to stop and rest. Finding a nice soft spot of grass to lay in, he curls up and sighs, hoping he doesn't fall asleep before he can make it back home...]

[Of course, assuming he does make it back to House One safe and sound, those living there can expect to hear tiny scratches and meowing at the door... and possibly a few windows if no one hears him.]


[[ooc: ION IS NOW A KITTEN. But he won't be forever! "Green" will turn him back to normal though with a pair of cat ears and a tail because I can, but saying "Ion" will make him go right back to being a kitten. And it won't quite be an instant transformation either, so figuring out what made him change should prove to be a bit difficult. He still has a tiny pair of green wings too, but the longer his identity stays a secret, the more fun it'll be. :'D]]

[Sabin's eyes crack open at the sudden warmth at his side. Looking down, he sees a worn out green kitten. With a soft grin, he reaches a hand down to gently pat the tiny creature.]

Lost your mama, little one?

[Ion looks up when he feels the man's hand, though he doesn't make any move to get away. He shakes his head in response to the question; a rather odd thing for a cat to do, really.]

[Very odd indeed but Sabin's seen odder things in his days as he grins at the green kitten.]

Are you looking for someone then or just looking for a place to nap?

[Right now? A place to nap. He rests his head back on his front paws and sighs. He's pretty tired, after all.]

[Sabin smiles softly after the kitten as he pats the creatures head before settling back into his meditation. He'll keep the kitten company until it feels ready to move on.]

[Then he should expect to be here for awhile. Without someone to intervene, he's tired enough to probably sleep through the rest of the day.]

[It's not an entirely restful sleep, though. He occasionally shifts and shivers as he dreams, eventually waking with a rather startled cry, his wings and tail twitching.]

[Hope he didn't break your concentration there. His meows are pretty loud for such a little thing.]

[The mews are a trifle distracting but Sabin will grin as he lays his hand down next to the poor thing.]</small. You sound like you need a hand there.

[Ion looks up at Sabin and meows again... it almost sounds like an apology. But that'd be silly because of course a cat can't apologize, right?]

[Sabin scratches behind the kitten's ears before gently stroking its back. He doesn't pick up on the apologetic tone of the mew but his expression is soft and peaceful.]

[It's admittedly a little awkward to be pampered like this, even if he was a cat now... no, especially because he was a cat now. But that didn't mean it didn't feel nice when he was still pretty worn out. He might even start to purr.]
