[The Malnosso weren't known for their kindness, and perhaps that's why Ion was returned to the village so far from House One. He was tired and all he wanted to do was curl up somewhere and sleep... which was something he was now very capable of doing seeing as he's been transformed into a

soadoptable. Those little paws of his can only walk so fast, but he manages to make it halfway to House One from the plaza before he has to stop and rest. Finding a nice soft spot of grass to lay in, he curls up and sighs, hoping he doesn't fall asleep before he can make it back home...]

[Of course, assuming he does make it back to House One safe and sound, those living there can expect to hear tiny scratches and meowing at the door... and possibly a few windows if no one hears him.]

[[ooc: ION IS NOW A KITTEN. But he won't be forever! "Green" will turn him back to normal though with a pair of cat ears and a tail because I can, but saying "Ion" will make him go right back to being a kitten. And it won't quite be an instant transformation either, so figuring out what made him change should prove to be a bit difficult. He still has a tiny pair of green wings too, but the longer his identity stays a secret, the more fun it'll be. :'D]]

[They had some tuna, so here, kitten. Have a small plate with tuna on it.]

My, aren't you tired? [wonders if this cat is really all right]

[Sokka needs to brush up on his cat-speak, clearly.]

[Ion just tilts his head, crouching down lower to the ground. He wasn't mocking, really!]

[Even as a kitten, Ion has a weak body. The scent of tuna causes him to perk up -- strange, it smelled so much better than it usually did -- and he hops up onto the table to eat. It should be obvious how hungry he was, given how fast he's eating.]

[she rests a hand gently on the back of his little kitten head]

Slow down. You wouldn't want to make yourself sick.

[Oh, he knows what you're trying to do. He leans forward and frowns.]

Don't try and act cute with me now. It won't work.

[He reaches a paw up to try and rub some of the dirt off his face before looking up at Luke and nodding. Not much else he can do aside from that, since Luke can't speak cat...]

[Sokka, what are you even talking about. Ion has no idea. He meows again and just keeps on staring.]

Oh fine. [He reaches in to pet the stupid cat under its chin.] Happy now?

[He pauses in eating and turns his head to try and look up at Nephry past her hand. This still felt weird... Nephry didn't know he was Ion. Maybe he'll be able to think of something after he eats.]

[Not quite, but cats. They have a mutual understanding. A feeling.]

Tao can take you anywhere you need to! That must have been a lot of walking...

[Ion doesn't know what Sokka is planning to do at first and shrinks back a little when he reaches out his hand but-- o-oh. Why does that feel so nice? He closes his eyes and even starts to purr a little.]

[Well you know, no one is watching right now. So he's going to try and scoop up the kitty now.]

There you go. I won't hurt you. Who's a good little girl? [Cooing a bit because one of the powers of all cats is to make people sound stupid.]

[Well here's someone the Nyan Master probably hoped to never run into. No such luck. Van watches the little kitten's progress for a bit (even though he'd honestly be perfectly happy never seeing another cat ever again...) and really, it's not making very much. Such a small thing really shouldn't be left to fend for itself.

Can he pick it up without it turning into nothing but a whirl of sharp parts, is the question?]

[It's hard to tell who's going to be more embarrassed when this is all over. And dude, he is so not a girl ~~but please for the love of Yulia don't check~~.]

[He's still not quite sure what to do when he's being /SUDDENLY HELD so he flails a little at first. A-Awkward.]

[~~NO BOOBSQUISH FOR YOU.~~ Yup, Sokka is just going to continue on his way, the flailing cat held snugly against his chest, taking Ion FURTHER from his goal as he continues walking.]

Looks like you've got wings. So does anyone own you, girl? [... oh yeah.] What am I even asking you for? You're just a dumb kitten.

[Even if Ion wanted to try and claw his way free from Van's hands, his tiny class aren't capable of very much damage. He will flail quite a bit though, especially when he sees who it is.]

[Ion may just find himself nestling up next to a man who's currently meditating under a tree located just behind the Welcome Centre.

Ion, what do you do? The man is practically a tree.]

[That scratching...scratching. It's been going on for ten minutes now, why isn't anyone checking up on it?! Dist practically throws his book down, having been trying to read in the living room - it had the comfiest chair - but that accursed sound was driving him mad. Storming to the door, he flings it open, expecting to see some idiot child running off and giggling like a lunatic.

He blinks, however, when he sees a very odd looking feline.]

A cat?

[Dist stares, raising a brow. He's not entirely impressed with the cat, especially if it was the one causing the noise.]

[Anywhere he needs to? Well, he should get back to House One and try to let the others know he's back, but--]

[Oh, was that a tummy-rumbling? Yes, it was. Food should probably take priority right now... he meows again.]

[He finishes eating soon enough and sits up on the table with a content sigh. That was much better! He turns and looks up at Nephry, meowing softly again.]

[Right now? All Ion wants to do is rest. He's not really paying much attention to what's around him, so he curls up right next to the man and closes his eyes. It was nice and warm here, too...]

[Ion didn't think that flailing would get him put back down, did it? What it does get him is held closer to Van's chest, so Van doesn't do something like drop him.]

Stop that. [Why is he even talking to it it is a kitten]

[OH THANK YULIA SOMEONE OPENED THE DOOR and Ion just sort of tumbles in when the door is opened. Not very graceful for a cat, but since he's still a kitten, that's forgivable, right?]

[He trots right into the house and stands beside Dist, looking up at him and meowing softly. Come on, who can resist this face?]

Hmm...perhaps some water, as well?
